Uploading Other Files to PortalSafe

You can access PortalSafe™ from the Return Manager, but opening from inside a return will also open the corresponding drawer in PortalSafe™, saving you a step or two.

1. From the open return in ATX, click the PortalSafe™ toolbar button.

ATX launches PortalSafe using Internet Explorer regardless of your default browsers. You have also opened the drawer for the open return, and are ready to upload file(s) to it.

2. On the PortalSafe toolbar, click the Upload button. A Windows^® Explorer window opens.
3. Browse to the file you want to upload and click the Open button.

A File Upload dialog box appears.

4. Click Start Upload.

The file appears in the main pane of the PortalSafe™ window when it's finished uploading to the drawer.
